F3 Week 14: We’re Giving You a Title

No, don’t get your suit of armor and sword out of that storage locker. The title we’re giving you will be for the story you’re going to write.

Usually, we create our tale, and then work on coming up with a suitable title for it. This time, however, we are asking you to reverse the process. Below are five titles. Your challenge is to select one, then tailor a story to it.

  1. Road to Nowhere
  2. The Lost Book
  3. Remember the Light
  4. Symbols of the Fallen
  5. The Last Open Door

Prompt: Pick the title, then write the story.

Genre: Open

Word Count: 1,500 or less

Deadline: Thursday, December 3, 2015

Post your story on your blog or website and provide a link to it in the comment section of this prompt.
