“Sidewalk Sale” – The Stories


The prompt this week began with a used book sidewalk sale. We purchased several mysteries, and fanned through the pages to make sure none were torn or missing. They were all priced at $1.00 each, so even if the books were not intact, it shouldn’t be a big deal. The thing is though, with mysteries, no reader wants the page with the conclusion to be missing or damaged. We find our books are in good shape, but when we are checking out the last one, a note falls out of the book and…

The challenge was to continue the story. Let’s find out what mystery was hidden inside our mystery.
