“Let’s Begin at the Beginning” – The Stories

The prompt this week was to go to Page 5 of the book we were currently reading, and begin our story with the first sentence of the first full paragraph.

Let’s find out what our writers are reading, and where those starter sentences led them.

  1. Rose Green’s inspiration came from Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, and her story is called A new beginning
  2. Joyce Juzwik’s inspiration came from Bleed a River Deep by Brian McGilloway, and her story is called Survival of the Fittest

After you’ve read our stories, please take a moment to leave your comments on our writers’ blogs/websites. We always enjoy hearing from our readers.
